Missha Time Revolution Night Repair Science Activator Ampoule!

Και ως συνέχεια του προηγούμενου post, άλλο ένα προϊόν της Missha που δεν θα μπορούσα να μην σας μιλήσω για αυτό.
Κοντεύει περίπου ένας χρόνος από τότε που άρχισα να ψάχνω τα μυστικά της ασιατικής ρουτίνας περιποίησης δέρματος και στο διάστημα αυτό έχω περιηγηθεί σε διάφορους ιστότοπους που ασχολούνται συχνά δημοσιεύοντας άρθρα για διάφορες καινοτομίες και πρωτοποριακά προϊόντα που θα συναντήσει κανείς σε αυτές τις χώρες. Σε ένα πολύ αξιόλογο blog που επισκεπτόμουν για να ενημερωθώ σχετικά, έμαθα για το Time Revolution Night Repair Science Activator Ampoule της Missha και ότι ίσως είναι το dupe του Advanced Night Repair Serum της Estee Lauder αφού το κύριο συστατικό και των δύο είναι το Bifida Ferment Lysate. Να πω εδώ ότι στο παρελθόν είχα  δοκιμάσει το serum της Estee Lauder αλλά σε travel size οπότε δεν μπόρεσα να βγάλω ιδιαίτερα συμπεράσματα άρα δεν μπορώ να τα συγκρίνω. Θα μιλήσω αποκλειστικά για το serum της Missha που εδώ και ένα εξάμηνο περίπου χρησιμοποιώ κάθε βράδυ αμέσως μετά το essence για το οποίο σας μίλησα στο προηγούμενο post.
Για να μην μπερδευόμαστε o όρος ampοule δεν είναι παρά ένα υπερ-συμπυκνωμένο serum το οποίο απλώνεται μετά από το essence και πριν από την ενυδατική κρέμα.
Κατά τη διάρκεια της νύχτας το δέρμα δουλεύει εντατικά ώστε να επανορθώσει τη φθορά που έχει υποστεί από τις καθημερινές περιβαλλοντικές επιθέσεις. Σε αυτή τη διαδικασία υπόσχεται να συμβάλλει αυτός ο ορός με συστατικά που επανορθώνουν τα σημάδια της γήρανσης, επαναφέρουν την ελαστικότητα στο δέρμα, προσφέρουν βαθιά ενυδάτωση, βελτιώνουν τον χρωματικό τόνο και δίνουν λάμψη στην επιδερμίδα.
Οι ζυμώσεις είναι και πάλι το θέμα και σε αυτό το προϊόν αφού περιέχει προβιοτικά. Πέρα από την ευεργετική δράση των προβιοτικών στο πεπτικό μας σύστημα όταν καταναλώνουμε τροφές όπως το γιαούρτι ή το κεφίρ για παράδειγμα, μελέτες δείχνουν ότι η κατανάλωση τους έχει και οφέλη στην υγεία του δέρματος. Αν και η επιστημονική έρευνα στην τοπική εφαρμογή προβιοτικών στο δέρμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ αρχικό στάδιο, σύμφωνα με ενδείξεις βοηθούν στη μείωση της ευαισθησίας του δέρματος, στις κοκκινίλες, φλεγμονές καθώς και στα σημάδια της γήρανσης.
Στο serum αυτό περιέχεται ένα σύμπλεγμα προβιοτικών (Fermented Bifida, Lactobacillus, Lactococcus). Το συστατικό Bifida Ferment Lysate το χρησιμοποιούν αρκετές επώνυμες εταιρείες καλλυντικών. Εκτός απ την Estee Lauder το συναντάμε και σε προϊόντα της Lancome και της YSL και σύμφωνα με κάποιες μελέτες βοηθάει στην ενδυνάμωση του επιδερμικού φραγμού ώστε να προλαμβάνεται η φθορά από τις περιβαλλοντικές επιθέσεις. Στην version της Missha, ψηλά στην λιστα των συστατικών θα βρούμε επίσης niacinamide, πεπτίδια, υαλουρονικό οξύ, καθώς και ένα πλήθος φυτικών εκχυλισμάτων και συστατικών που έχουν υποστεί ζύμωση.

Η συσκευασία του είναι ένα γυάλινο βαρύ μπουκάλι των 50 ml. Λόγω της συμπυκνωμένης του σύστασης, 2-3 σταγόνες είναι υπέρ αρκετές (έχω τελειώσει το μισό μπουκάλι μέχρι στιγμής). Δεν περιέχει τεχνητό άρωμα, χρωστικές και parabens και δεν είχα την παραμικρή ενόχληση παρά την τεράστια λίστα συστατικών που αυξάνει τις πιθανότητες να υπάρχει κάτι που να ερεθίζει μια ευαίσθητη επιδερμίδα όπως η δική μου.
Η υφή του είναι πολύ ευχάριστη όταν το απλώνεις, αν και για λίγα λεπτά το νιώθεις να κολλάει ελαφρά. Μόλις όμως αποροφηθεί τελείως η επιδερμίδα μου είναι τόσο καλά ενυδατωμένη και ελαστική που νιώθω ότι δεν χρειάζομαι να απλώσω ενυδατική μετά. Αν και η ασιατική ρουτίνα περιποίησης περιλαμβάνει ενυδατική κρέμα μετά από το serum για να κλειδώσει την υγρασία και τα ενεργά συστατικά των προηγούμενων βημάτων, ίσως σε ένα λιπαρό δέρμα να μην χρειάζεται καν ύστερα από αυτό το προϊόν. Στο δικό μου που είναι μεικτό, μια ελαφριά ενυδατική μετά αρκεί, αν και όσο ζεσταίνει ο καιρός πιθανότατα θα την παραλείπω. Όπως ξαναείπα ο συνδυασμός του serum  αυτού με το essence  που συστήνεται για καλύτερα αποτελέσματα, είναι υπέροχος. Το καλμάρισμα στις κοκκινίλες μου είναι άμεσο και το επόμενο πρωί μου αρέσει που βλέπω μια πιο ξεκούραστη και φωτεινότερη όψη στην επιδερμίδα. Βέβαια αυτού του είδους τα serums έχουν κυρίως προληπτικό χαρακτήρα και τα αποτελέσματα δεν μπορούμε να τα δούμε άμεσα, όμως πιστεύω πως αξίζει να επενδύουμε εκεί αφού είναι προτιμότερο να προλαμβάνουμε απ'το να θεραπεύουμε.
Το βρίσκουμε στα online καταστήματα που ανέφερα στο προηγούμενο post και απ' ότι είδα η φόρμουλα του έχει προσφάτως αναβαθμιστεί. Στο jolse η τιμή του αυτές τις μέρες είναι στα $32.

As i promised i continue with a product that i really had to tell you about.
It's been a year since i started researching about Asian skin care routine and for several months i was wandering in various websites and blogs to get as much information as i could about novelties and innovative products produced in these countries. One day while i was reading a very remarkable and informative blog, i learned about Missha's Time Revolution Night Repair Science Activator Ampoule that is compared to Estee Lauder's Advanced Night Repair Serum. We could describe it as a dupe of the EL's one as both have the same star ingredient, Bifida Ferment Lysate. I have to say here that i have used Advanced Night Repair Serum in the past but in travel size so i couldn't really evaluate it to make a comparison, so in this post i will only say my experience with Missha's serum which i have been using every night after Missha's Time Revolution The First Treatment Essence for about 6 months now.
Ampoule is actually a high concentrated serum which is supposed to be applied after essence and before moisturizer.
During the night our skin works hard to restore environmental damage. This serum claims to help this process by delivering ingredients that help repairing signs of aging, restoring skin's elasticity, deeply moisturize, even skin tone and give radiance to the complexion.
Fermentation is the subject here also as this serum contains probiotics. Probiotics are known to be beneficial to our digestive system when we consume yoghurt or kefir for example but there are studies that indicate there are benefits to our skin's health as well. Although there isn't much science yet about topical application of probiotics, they’ve been shown to help reducing skin's sensitivity, redness, inflammation and signs of aging.
This serum contains a complex of probiotics (Fermented Bifida, Lactobacillus, Lactococcus). Beside Estee Lauder, Bifida Ferment Lysate is also used by other high end brands like Lancome and YSL and according to studies, strengthens skin's barrier to prevent environmental damage. In Missha's version, among the top ingredients we find also niacinamide, peptides, hyaruronic acid, a multitude of plant extracts and other fermented ingredients.

The packaging is a heavy glass 50ml bottle. Since it is highly concentrated, only 2-3 drops are enough, so a little goes a long way ( i have only used half of it until now). It doesn't contain artificial fragrance, colorant and parabens and it hasn't caused me any bad reaction despite the long list of ingredients that increases the risk of possible irritants for my sensitive skin.
It has a lovely texture when you apply it, though it feels a little sticky for some minutes as it starts absorbing.  When it is fully absorbed, my complexion is so hydrated and so elastic that i really don't need to apply anything else afterwards. Although Asian skin care routine includes a moisturizer after the serum to lock in moisture and active ingredients of the previous steps, i think that oily skin could skip that. My combination skin type only needs a very lightweight cream after this serum but as weather starts getting hotter i think i will have to skip that. As i said at my previous post, the combination of the essence and serum that is recommended for better results, is simply amazing. The calming effect on my redness is instant and more than that i like how rested and brighter my skin looks the next morning. We have to take into consideration that this kind of serums are more preventative in terms of anti-aging, so we can't see immediate results but it is worth investing in such products as it is certainly better to prevent than to cure.
